It is an environmentally friendly potassium acetate or potassium formate based runway de-icer. Product meets material compatibility requirements of SAE AMS 1435B.

Melts the ice by depressing freezing point of water.

Due to its low freezing point, product prevents a strong bond developing between frozen precipitation and the surface. Solvent is offered in 50% concentration and can be applied as anti-icing or/and de-icing product. This liquid runway de-icer is environmentally responsible alternative to glycol and urea based de-icers and is generally selected for its low environmental impact, high performance and corrosion inhibitors.
